Define the opportunity
Start with land and water, the proposed crop or enterprise, producer capacity and the buyer requirements you can substantiate. Identify what is already operating and what is proposed, funded or still subject to assessment.

 

Build the implementation pathway
Explore Agriculture-Based Clusters, shared services, crop planning, handling, processing, logistics and market readiness. Set responsibilities, milestones, indicative budgets and the evidence needed before investment decisions.

 

Prepare for a useful first discussion
Share the project location, available land, water arrangements, production history, intended products, existing infrastructure and your main constraint. Include any confirmed buyer specifications or funding conditions.

 

Availability and next steps
Ask FPI to confirm advisory scope, deliverables, fees, location and scheduling before committing. An enquiry does not secure funding, land access, regulatory approval or buyer contracts. Project proposals remain subject to feasibility and the relevant agreements.
