FPI Partner Membership Terms — version 27 October 2026 — annual membership revision
1. Scope and eligibility. Membership is a collaboration and coordination relationship, subject to FPI acceptance. Applicants must have legal capacity to contract and authority to submit the project. FPI can request evidence before acceptance. A project submission does not establish FPI ownership, endorsement or approval of the project.
2. Fee, payment and refunds. The annual membership fee is USD 250 for twelve calendar months, payable after acceptance and again for each renewal year. It is non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. No term removes mandatory consumer, cancellation or refund rights. Any refund required by law will be handled according to that law. Do not pay personal accounts or intermediaries claiming to collect fees unless the named contracting FPI entity has confirmed that route in writing. Request a receipt for every payment.
3. Duration, renewal and further charges. Membership lasts twelve calendar months from the confirmed start date. The membership fee is USD 250 for each twelve-month year, non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. Renewal requires a further annual payment; no card is charged automatically under this offer. Members receive expiry reminders through Wix to their membership contact email before expiry and when the plan expires, subject to email delivery and subscription settings. The dates shown in the membership record govern the term. Membership expires unless renewed. Project services and other optional charges require a separate agreement.
4. Benefits and third parties. FPI may facilitate relevant information, introductions and coordination within available capacity. Introductions depend on a suitable match and the willingness of the other party. Buyers, suppliers, funders and professionals make their own decisions. Members remain responsible for assessing counterparties and for the contracts they enter. No buyer, sale, price, finance, certification or profit is guaranteed.
5. Member responsibilities. Supply truthful information, maintain authority to act, respect other participants and follow applicable law and written project agreements. Disclose relevant conflicts of interest. Obtain the land, water, business and other rights or approvals your activities require. Do not misrepresent production capacity, certificates, product quality or FPI's role.
6. Separate project agreements. Consultancy, feasibility studies, project development, farm management, paid training, processing and market transactions require their own scope, fees, deliverables and responsibilities. Neither membership nor an introductory discussion commits FPI to provide those services or to accept responsibility for your project's operations.
7. Project information and privacy. Submit a non-confidential summary initially. Do not upload banking details, identity documents, passwords, confidential contracts or other sensitive records through this initial form. FPI uses application information to assess and administer the membership enquiry and to communicate with you about it. Public listing, marketing subscriptions or sharing a detailed project dossier with potential partners requires separate permission or another lawful basis. Further documents should use an agreed secure channel. Contact the team about information corrections and privacy requests.
8. Intellectual property and brand use. You retain rights in your original project materials. You authorise FPI to use the submitted summary to assess and administer this application; that is not a transfer of ownership. Membership does not make you an FPI employee, agent, franchisee or exclusive representative. You may not use FPI names or logos, claim to bind FPI or collect money on its behalf without separate written authority.
9. Resignation and suspension. You may resign by contacting FPI. The non-refundable annual-membership-fee term remains subject to mandatory legal rights. FPI may suspend or end membership for fraud, material misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, serious misuse of its name or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, FPI will explain the concern and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond or correct it; urgent protective action may be taken where necessary.
10. Complaints and resolution. Contact info@farmerspride-int.org with your name, membership or payment reference and a clear account of the issue. FPI will assess the complaint and respond with the next steps. Nothing prevents you using a regulator, court or other remedy available under applicable law. No arbitration requirement or waiver of legal rights is imposed by this page.
11. Changes and records. The membership offer and terms accepted when joining should be retained with the receipt. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect and will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or impose new paid services without agreement. These terms do not alter an existing signed project agreement unless both parties agree.
12. Acceptance and contracting entity. Read the complete terms before selecting the agreement checkbox. FPI's acceptance/payment offer will identify the legal entity providing membership and its relevant business details. Membership starts only after that entity confirms acceptance and cleared payment. Application submission is not proof of acceptance, payment or project approval.
